Cancellation and Refund Policy for Air Arabia Flights

Cancellation Options

You have multiple options for canceling your Air Arabia reservation:

• Online cancellation
• Contacting the Air Arabia call center
• Visiting Air Arabia sales offices or partner travel agents

To proceed with any of these options, you will need your reservation number.

Refund Process

If your flight is canceled due to restrictions imposed by authorities, you will automatically receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled flight.

Air Arabia adheres to the provisions of Order TMA2012022 of 14 March, which regulates alternative dispute resolution procedures for air transport users' rights.

Flight Cancellation Notifications

In case of flight cancellation, you will receive advance notice and be provided with the following options:

• An alternative flight
• A full refund

Flight Schedule Changes

If the original flight schedule is changed and the time difference exceeds a certain threshold, you may be entitled to a refund or alternative flight arrangements.
